Description
As a Sales Representative, you will identify, approach, convert, and maintain a relationship with new and existing clients.
Core Responsibility:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the bakery and foodservice industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and promote our range of bakery products to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective negotiation.
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualification
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the bakery, food, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of bakery products and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
